Services Pricing

$150/per Month​​

Includes weekly visits to your property, where we perform inside & outside property checks making sure your property is well taken care of by your service providers.  We also run water, flush toilets, adjust blind, and pickup flyers and mail.  All visits are documented with a customized checklist and photos, which are sent to you via email. 

$50/per Additional Visit​​

We are available to meet your vendors, contractors, or respond to emergencies as needed.

$25/per Report​​

From the written inspection, we will point out deficiencies and work you and the service provider to resolve them.                

$15/per Vehicle Start​​

Start of vehicles during scheduled visits.

$25/per 1/4 Hour Vehicle Move​​

Drive the vehicle within agreed upon designated area and duration.

​​$150/ per Guest Turn​​

In-person guest check-in. Register with city as point of contact. Respond to guest questions or issues. Inspect property upon guest departure and cleaning crew completion of work and provide written report with photos.

​​$50/ per Hour for Special Projects

Run errands to pickup supplies, meet contractors, and received deliveries.

$75/per Overnight Stay

Includes all normal activities. $15 per additional pet.

​​​$15 Medicine Administration

Injections, and pills.

​​$25 - $40/per Drop-In Visit

15 minute visit - feeding, watering, and cleanup. Price based on location.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

$17.50/per 1/4 Hour

Minimum one half hour per visit. We make sure to keep the dog on the leash, away from other dogs, and humans, and of course, clean up after them.

$0.67/per Mile Traveled to Dog Park

Pet carrier provided by client.

​​All services include a comprehensive intake to tailor each service to your specific needs and requirements. A detailed document of the services to be performed will be created and shared with the client.

A certificate of insurance will be provided naming the client as an additional insured.

​

A state of California Fingerprint Background Check is offered at the client's expense.
